Who chooses the location of the Franchised Facility?
Franchisee will choose from the list provided by the franchisor. However, suggestions from franchisees are open and may be considered so long as the franchisee provides a description of the proposed location along with a letter of intent or other proof that the franchisor deems sufficient to support the franchisee's favorable chances of acquiring the proposed location.
How much is the Royalty Fee and Other Fees?
BIGGS charges a total of 9% from the monthly gross sales in which the 5% covers the royalty fee, 3% for advertising fee, and 1%for the Local Store Marketing (LSM) Which shall be spent directly by franchisee with the approval and direction of franchisor.
What is the typical timeframe in achieving ROI?
Estimated return on Investment is 3-5 years depending on the actual operation/sales of the store.
